The Center for Workplace Mental Health works with businesses to ensure that employees and their families living with mental illness, including substance use disorders, receive effective care. It does so in recognition that employers purchase healthcare for millions of American workers and their families.

The program is focused on three main areas:

  1. Promoting the business case for quality mental health care, including early recognition, access to care and effective treatment.
  2. Highlighting employer case examples and facilitate peer-to-peer dialogue.
  3. Providing tools and resources to help employers take action.

The Center maintains a dedicated employer website, where you can learn more about:

  • Right Direction,
  • ICU,
  • Mental Health Works
  • and so much more!
